Martin
Director and project manager
Martin founded MR Property Services in 1990 which created the foundations for Detailed Developments and Construction to be established in 2023. With a background in project management and over three decades of hands-on experience in the building trade, Martin brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.
His impressive track record is a testament to his attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results for every customer.
Sam
Director and project manager
Sam entered the building trade six years ago following his Law studies and since then, under Martin’s tutelage, has developed into a skilled builder who prides himself on his passion for design, and dedication to high-quality results.
Sam collaborates with customers to transform their visions into reality. He takes a personalised approach throughout each project to ensure that customers feel confident and empowered at every step of the journey.
Jack
Labourer and gardener
Jack supports the team on site and is an invaluable asset to the team. Prior to joining Detailed, he ran a successful gardening business and brings his gardening and landscaping expertise to the team which enables us to provide additional services to the customer when it comes to designing and finishing outside spaces.
Lucy
Social media and marketing
Lucy is a digital learning professional who brings digital expertise to the team. She supports Detailed with our social media and online presence, branding and marketing initiatives to ensure that we are visible and accessible to existing and future customers.
